Packaging

All of our items are carefully packaged. Photos are sent using high quality board backed envelopes and 'Flyweight' envelope stiffeners for extra protection. Large prints are despatched in sturdy tubes.

The extra level of protection we use does add a little to the cost of packaging however it is important to reduce the possibility of damage and disappointment.

Items will be despatched on confirmation from PayPal. Items paid for by cheque/postal order will be shipped once payment has cleared.

Postage

All our items are sent using a Royal Mail recorded signed for service. Rates will depend on the country zone and weight of the item. You will be informed of the postage required on the items in your basket before entering any payment information.

United Kingdom delivery:
Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service

Overseas delivery:
Royal Mail's International Signed For service

Note: Glass or framed items are not sent overseas due to the high cost, and the potential damage. We are pleased to send items fully mounted and ready to be framed.
